Britons 'should update their Wills regularly'
Britons have been reminded they need to update their Wills regularly if they wish them to reflect their current circumstances.

In an article for Sun Live, legal expert Alan Tate said seeking the advice of solicitors to review the document at least every five years is a good idea, because a number of different things can happen during this time.

For instance, children could be born, property may be bought or sold and business portfolios may change.

Although Mr Tate acknowledged it is possible to challenge a person's Will after their death, he warned it is very difficult and must go through the courts, which will be upsetting for family members.

"Don't put it off any longer," he urged.

The estate planning and Wills experts at Kester Cunningham John are able to advise on all aspects of inheritance and assets, whether it is for yourself or for a loved one who has recently passed away.
