Kester Cunningham John (KCJ) is delighted to announce that James Slinger and Ross Strowger will be joining the partnership.

Commercial Property lawyer, James joined the firm in 2006 with an impressive background and case history having previously worked at 'magic circle' firm Slaughter and May. During his time with KCJ, he has advised on a wide variety of property matters that have significantly contributed to the targets and aspirations of the Commercial Property Team.

Ross specialises in all employment matters, including advocacy in tribunals and the county court. He has played a fundamental role in developing the KCJ HR Forum, an event for HR specialists to meet with their peers to discuss common problems and share solutions. Ross has also received recognition for achievements in the past year from the Norfolk & Norwich Law Society when he was named '2007 Young Solicitor of the Year'.

Managing Partner Simon Smith says: "I congratulate James and Ross on their well-deserved promotions. Both have made significantly contributions to the firm's growth and continually provide our clients with the first rate service they expect from a leading East Anglian law firm."
