Kester Cunningham John's personal injury and clinical negligence teams have been praised by independent auditors for their 'exceptional' standard of claim handling.
The recognition comes from Distinctive Partnerships, the leading assessors of performance and efficiency within the legal profession. Their report declares that:
'The standard of file and claim handling was exceptional. I have not seen a better standard elsewhere. The expertise was clearly demonstrated on the files. Lawyers are in control and proactively managing the claims, whilst at the same time sympathetically and supportively communicating with clients.
I hope you will congratulate them, because they deserve it.'
Head of personal injury and clinical negligence is Tom Cook, who is naturally delighted at the report. 'For the past several years we have been rated at the top of the tree and in a class by ourselves by both Chambers and the Legal 500, who produce league tables of performance,' he says.
'But now we have another audit, this time of our work behind the scenes, which also gives us a glowing report. It's tempting to think therefore that at least part of our success is in making sure we run a tight and efficient ship, so we can use that as the foundation on which to fight for justice for our clients.'
