KCJ completes three major sales in a month |

Kester Cunningham John (KCJ) has advised on three significant business sales within the region, confirming the firm's status as a major player in East Anglia.
Firstly a KCJ team acted for the sellers of Horatio Myer & Co, the largest employer in Huntingdon and manufacturer of well known national brands Myer's Beds and Staples, to Hilding Anders Group, a leading bed manufacturer in Europe and Asia.

Firstly a KCJ team acted for the sellers of Horatio Myer & Co, the largest employer in Huntingdon and manufacturer of well known national brands Myer's Beds and Staples, to Hilding Anders Group, a leading bed manufacturer in Europe and Asia.
KCJ also advised KL Technologies Limited on its disposal of Sealskinz, in a management buyout led by managing director, Andrew Dahl. The King's Lynn-based business produces skin-tight breathable gloves and socks for a range of outdoor chains including Blacks Leisure, Evans Cycles and Cotswold Outdoor. Their products are used by top athletes and cyclists and have been trialled by youth academies at Premiership football clubs Chelsea and Derby County.
Finally, the firm advised shareholders on the sale of Cambridge Nutritional Sciences and Genesis Diagnostics, a provider of medical testing kits to some 27 countries, to Omega Diagnostics, a Scottish AIM-listed company formed in late 2006 for a consideration of up to |
