The 2011 New Year training camp saw the university side travel away to Malta, and it lived up to every expectation. The training facilities were fantastic, allowing the squad to prepare in the professional manner and this was clearly reflected in their performance. The 2011 New Year training camp saw the university side travel away to Malta, and it lived up to every expectation. The training facilities were fantastic, allowing the squad to prepare in the professional manner and this was clearly reflected in their performance.

Cambridge certainly put in three powerful performances, beating Malta 24-0, John Diamond Invitational 24-0, and finally an All Stars 9 32-8.

The trip to Malta seems to have provided the boost that the squad required for the fixtures that lie ahead including the Varsity Match which takes place on March 3rd. Kester Cunningham John are delighted to be primary sponsors of the University Club and to be associated with the University.
