Cambridge University are heading to the island of Malta for their annual training camp. Malta has got a thriving rugby league scene with a full international team.
Cambridge University are heading to the island of Malta for their annual training camp. Malta has got a thriving rugby league scene with a full international team. This year's camp will culminate with a 9's festival comprising CUARLFC , North and South of Malta as well as the the first team from Gozo.
Head Coach , John Evans is looking forward to the new year , "I haven't spent as much time with the lads pre xmas , due to my work commitments and other coaching duties with Cambridge RUFC , so I am looking forward to going into camp with them for an extended period as you get to know them as people not just rugby players.I will be with them at every session next year and look forward to the challenge that will be presented to us every week."
