Cheryl Cole 'has filed divorce papers'
It has been reported that Cheryl and Ashley Cole will be granted a quick divorce after she filed papers at the High Court this week.

The X Factor judge has said she does not want any of her estranged husband's money and instead wants the process to be over before England's World Cup debut on June 12th 2010.

She has also said she is not interested in the former marital home, a £6 million mansion in Surrey.

A source told the Sun: "She wants a completely clean break with no malice or wrangling over property or money. Cheryl will not take one penny of Ashley's money."

The footballer's "unreasonable behaviour", which allegedly included five extra-marital affairs, was cited as the reason for the divorce.

It is thought that Ashley and Cheryl, who did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement before they married in 2006, are each worth around £10 million.

Earlier this month, it was announced that Elin Woods is preparing for a divorce from her golfing husband Tiger after calling in family law solicitors.
