New research has revealed many people know what they are going to leave to their friends and family after their death, even if they are yet to make a Will.
According to a study by financial advice website unbiased.co.uk, 27 per cent stated that they want to be able to leave enough money for their family and pets to live comfortably.
One in ten respondents explained they want to be able to fund a child or a grandchild through their university education, while 15 per cent plan to help family members to put down a deposit for a house.
Chief executive at unbiased.co.uk, Karen Barrett noted that even though Britons appear to have a "clear idea" of what to put in their Will, they are "neglecting" to produce the document. She said: "Having a will is critical to ensuring your last wishes are carried out after you're gone."
Figures compiled by cloud computing firm Rackspace found 11 per cent of people have put online passwords in their Will so loved ones can access digital possessions. Ashton KCJ can offer help to anyone with issues regarding a Will. Contact our team for further information.
