All members of the Ashton KCJ family team are members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitor's Family Law Association). Resolution is committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.

All members of Resolution abide by a Code of Practice which commits family lawyers to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way. The belief is that family law disputes should be dealt with in a constructive way designed to preserve people's dignity and to encourage agreements.

Resolution members will always try and handle a case in a way which will encourage solutions which consider the needs of the whole family - especially any children.
