Caring about Environmental Issues and Sustainability in Suffolk and Beyond

At Ashton KCJ we know that the way we operate can have a significant impact on the environment.

Every choice made within the firm - from the sort of paper, printers, lighting and heating used contributes to the firm’s carbon footprint and they have a cost to the environment.

As a responsible employer, we are committed to reducing the firm’s impact on the environment and striving towards a more sustainable future.

We are always setting and reviewing targets in a number of areas to reduce the firm’s impact on the environment and carbon footprint. We recently asked staff what areas they would like to be reviewed and they are:

• Paper and printing
• Transport usage
• Energy and water
• Lighting
• Recycling

The CSR committee are responsible for the firm’s environmental policy. But we also believe that the firm’s environmental performance will be achieved by all of us working together.
