Mark Merriam

Mark advises on all areas of civil litigation, including in particular commercial disputes and professional negligence claims.

Mark oversaw the firm's considerable growth during his nine year's as the firm's managing partner.

He has been involved in a number of high value commercial actions, contentious probate and family disputes, and property and construction claims. He recently helped a couple to remain in their home when they were facing a claim against their house by the husband’s trustee in bankruptcy. With no money available, a highly technical area of the law, the opponent caved in just before trial.

Mark is a trained Mediator and an occasional after-dinner speaker.
