Rob Adam

Rob’s workload is wide and varied, dealing with a wide range of matters including:

Property litigation
Contract disputes
Professional negligence (he is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association)

Commercial litigation.

He is the partner who heads the firm’s dispute resolution team, using his management skills to encourage, guide and inspire his team. Over a number of years, Rob has been involved in many interesting cases. He is currently leading a multi million pound sale of goods/misrepresentation claim involving artwork of dubious origin. His cases have included a retention of title claim in which he managed to recover almost all of a client’s money from a company in administration when it was difficult to get any recovery at all.

Rob is a member of the Professional Negligence Association and is involved with Bury St Edmunds art gallery as a trustee.
