He is the partner who heads the firm’s dispute resolution team, using his management skills to encourage, guide and inspire his team. Over a number of years, Rob has been involved in many interesting cases. He is currently leading a multi million pound sale of goods/misrepresentation claim involving artwork of dubious origin. His cases have included a retention of title claim in which he managed to recover almost all of a client’s money from a company in administration when it was difficult to get any recovery at all.
Rob is a member of the Professional Negligence Association and is involved with Bury St Edmunds art gallery as a trustee.
