Michael Frape

Michael has more than 15 years' experience in commercial disputes and advises a broad spectrum of commercial and institutional clients on a wide range of general commercial and contractual disputes, and in particular shareholder and boardroom disputes. He also deals with insolvency problems and commercial property disputes.

Michael is a member of R3 (Association of Business Recovery professionals) and the Property Litigation Association. He regularly gives seminars on legal topics to clients, solicitors, accountants and surveyors.
