Sue Bailey

Sue specialises in all aspects of private family law. Her work focuses primarily of the financial aspects of relationship breakdown. Sue works with clients to resolve how assets should be divided at the end of a relationship, as well as assisting clients who want to regulate their financial relationship at the outset, by way of a pre-nuptial, post-nuptial or cohabitation agreement.

Sue has wide ranging experience in disputes involving child residence and contact, determining with whom a child should live and the time a child should spend with each of their parents.

Sue is a trained collaborative lawyer and commits to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way, with the primary focus being on resolving issues in a constrictive manner to the benefit of all the family.

Sue is an active member of Resolution and a committee member of the Norfolk Resolution group.
