Polly Stephenson

Polly trained with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2002. She specialises in a variety of dispute resolution matters including: commercial landlord and tenant litigation; sale of goods and consumer credit disputes; product liability and breach of contact claims; professional negligence; contentious probate; construction litigation and trust litigation.

She has a great deal of experience in boundary and rights of way disputes, having successfully litigated or mediated several positive outcomes for both private and agricultural clients.
