Stephen is a Partner and Head of the Family team. He has specialised in family law for 18 years and works extensively on divorce and children's law.
Stephen is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Family Law and Children Panel Accreditation Schemes and is a liaison officer for the Ipswich Collaborative Lawyers Group. He is trained in Collaborative Law and is particularly interested in child abduction, domestic and international issues.
He also has an interest in regulatory issues in respect of playgroups and fostering agencies.
Stephen also periodically advises on potential and current cases which come before the International Criminal Court and was group leader of the Center for Foreign Policy Analysis' (CFPA) monitoring mission to Sudan in 2010 and a member of the all party monitoring mission to southern Sudan in 2011.
