Julian Outen

Julian has significant experience in all aspects of Employment law, advising Employers and senior employees alike, and representing clients in the Employment Tribunal. He has particular interest and expertise in complex litigation, discrimination issues, as well as TUPE issues associated with service contract tenders, business mergers and acquisitions and insolvencies.

With a background in personal injury litigation before specialising exclusively in Employment law, Julian has a unique skill set enabling him to advise and assist in High Court litigation for breach of contract or restrictive covenant claims, as well as in Health & Safety matters.

Julian regularly provides bespoke training seminars and in-house training. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
