Vincent Morand

Vincent Morand holds the Diplôme Supérieur de Notariat, a French higher notarial diploma. Since moving to England, he has focused on advising clients on the ins and outs of buying property in France.

He is currently developing a legal assistance programme for French notaires who are called to administer estates which include UK based moveable and immoveable assets. Vincent also works on providing assistance for litigation matters in France, working alongside an avocat called to present a case to the French courts.

Vincent is currently acting for more than 30 clients in a complex French property dispute.

Vincent writes on a regular basis for Living France magazine and has given presentations about French law at the French property exhibition at Olympia in London and at the French Show in London.
