Robert specialises in all kinds of accident litigation including:

    • As the partner who heads the personal injury team, Robert is responsible for the management of the hundreds of personal injury instructions received by the firm each year.

    His experience is wide and varied. He recently acted for a GP who was injured in a diving accident. Robert achieved a successful outcome for his client, exceeding all expectations of the amount of damages which might have been recovered.

    Robert has been a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Personal Injury panel since March 1994. He is also a Fellow of the College of Personal Injury Lawyers and a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

    He is a Panel Solicitor to one of the very few market providers of self-underwritten before the event insurance and a member of the Association of Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS).
