Alison Budge

Partner Alison Budge specialises in all areas of private client work, including Wills, trusts, estate administration and advice for the elderly.

Fluent in French, she is also a member of the firm’s French Legal Services department. She has recently been involved advising on an intestate estate worth in the region of £10million, which involves an English engineering company and a French company, as well as a property in Ireland and a property portfolio in the UK.

Alison has a particular interest in capital tax planning and is an Associate of the Institute of Taxation.

She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
