Robert Tiffen

Robert joined the firm in 2011 from the Norwich office of a national firm. He has a broad experience of a range of commercial and civil litigation, including general contract claims, breach of warranty claims, shareholder disputes, professional negligence and copyright and defamation claims. At his previous firm he was a key member of a team that managed a £90 million fraud and breach of warranty claim, and he acted for an international insurer in a multi-million pound mortgage fraud claim. He has experience of high court and county court proceedings including urgent injunction applications, freezing orders and search order. Rob has acted for some of the regions biggest businesses and public sector organisations, as well as a wide range of SMEs and individuals.

Rob is a trustee of the Norwich charities The Garage and N.E.A.D and has previously been a trustee of the New Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich.
