Tom is highly recommended for claimant work in the area of acquired brain injury, and has acted in birth and profound brain injury, paralysis, wholesale intestine loss, traumatic amputation, spinal injury and many other medical and injury cases. This has given Tom unrivalled experience.
Supported by the firm's specialist Court of Protection and Client Funds Management Team, Tom acts as a Deputy for the office of the Public Guardian and as a Trustee for some 50 clients. He is a member of Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA); the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM); the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL); the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel; the Management Committee of West Suffolk Headway and is a Trustee of West Suffolk Crossroads (Caring for Carers).
