Paul Humphries

Paul joined the Court of Protection Team in 2010 having previously worked for charities and most recently for The Insolvency Service.

Paul's role involves supporting Deputies in the management of clients' affairs. He liaises directly with his clients, their families and also case managers and other professionals to help best meet his clients' needs. Paul has to consider the financial implications of any decisions based on the client's circumstance and works with other members of the firm, together with outside professionals, to ensure his clients' needs are met.
