Charles Webb

Charles is Head of our Commercial Property team. He has over 25 years' experience in all aspects of commercial property work, with particular emphasis on site acquisitions and assembly (including the multi-million pound redevelopment of Cambridge railway station), development work and commercial and private secured lending and borrowing. His clients include property developers, housing associations and other property-owning institutions, banks and building societies.

Charles is an independent board member of a local housing association and chairs its audit committee.
