Elisabeth Sneade

Elisabeth specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial issues, co-parenting, court proceedings and litigation planning. This invariably includes discussions about how the family assets and liabilities are divided and determining where a child will live and how often they will see the other parent. In addition many cases now include a consideration of pre-nuptial agreements or, living together agreements, if a couple is not married.

Elisabeth is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in children law and finances. She is also an active member of Resolution locally and has been Secretary for the Cambridge committee for a number of years creating good links with fellow professionals.

Elisabeth qualified as a collaborative lawyer in 2006 and is a member of Cambridge Collaborative Family Law Group (CCFLG) and Collaborative Law Suffolk.
