Justina Molloy

Justina is an APIL Senior Litigator who specialises in catastrophic injury work, in particular brain injury and complex orthopaedic injuries. She is a keen cyclist and has particular experience in assisting cyclists, runners and triathletes with their claims.

Before specialising, Justina gained substantial experience in dealing with a wide range of lower value injury claims. She has been instrumental in ensuring the firm is set up to handle such claims adeptly by harnessing the technology available.

Justina has also been involved in providing training in relation to injury claims to police family liaison officers and medical professionals. She is a co-founder of the Cambridge Medico-Legal Forum, sits on the committee of the Cambridge and District Law Society, and is a member of the Eastern Region Brain Injury Forum.
