Bob McGeady

Bob specialises in planning and development and has worked on many major agreements relating to residential and commercial developments, instructed by a wide variety of clients including local authorities and developers. He has extensive experience of planning (including advocacy at public inquiries), negotiation of planning terms, drafting planning agreements, project development and project appraisal.

Bob was an independent board member of a large regional housing association having chaired its development, audit and remuneration committees. He is currently chair of a small homeless charity.
