Luke Hibbert

Luke joined the firm in 2008 having previously worked at City firm Denton Wilde Sapte.

He has many years experience of commercial disputes and has advised a wide range of clients from plcs to individuals. Luke has particular experience in disputes involving advice given by solicitors and other professional advisers, disputes arising out of corporate and personal insolvencies, shareholder disputes, financial services, trusts, fraud and contested probate. He has considerable experience in injunctions and disputes across several jurisdictions.

Luke has undertaken numerous mediations on behalf of clients, avoiding the need for protracted court proceedings.

He has contributed to various publications on disputes issues, including the Solicitors Journal.
